Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

1. To order the products from us you have to be at least 18 years of age.

2. We use only registered delivery method for higher delivery success.

3. We ship all orders within 1-5 days of funds being picked up. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow 1-3 days to process your payment.

4. We are not responsible for guaranteed delivery outside the EU and the Customs Action.

5. We are not responsible if incorrect shipping information is provided by the purchaser.

6. No reship policy for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore and some other higher risk countries. Please accept our apologies.

7. There are occasions when delivery is delayed due to Postal Services procedures (we ship only by regular airmail, because it is the safest), however in those occasions delivery might take a little longer, up to about a month.

8. We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. Since prescription is submitted, products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume.

9. Please wait at least 4 weeks before contacting us about non-arrival of an order. Reships of seized orders will be done provided you have a copy of the letter to show us. If you receive a seizure letter, please contact us immediately with a scanned copy of the seizure letter, and also a new address to have your order reshipped to, and we will take care of this free of charge.
